working principle

The slurry is fed into the slurry chamber through a high-pressure pump, and the solid is trapped on the press cloth under the action of the pump pressure. The slurry is successively fed into the high-pressure water to compress the filter cake thickness for secondary pressing and dewatering, and then fed into the high-pressure air to impact the filter cake channel for three times of pressing and dewatering. After drying, the filter cake is output by the driving device, and the filtrate is discharged by the pipeline. Materials that need to be washed can be dehydrated before the secondary press or after the third press. The washed materials must be dehydrated by the secondary press and the third press after the washing.
